Stalos

Stalos (or more correctly Kato Stalos) is part of the very touristic stretch which extends along the coast west of Chania until Platanias

Getting there:   8 km from Chania, frequent buses.

Atmosphere:   Tourist resort atmosphere.

Accommodation:   Many hotels, apartments and studios. Most are for package tourists.

Restaurants:  Many restaurants.

Shopping:  Quite a few shops and mini-markets.

Nightlife:   Some bars.

Beach: Long sandy beach.
