Rodakino, a small village on the south coast of Crete is divided
in two parts: Upper and Lower Rodakino. Despite its beautiful beaches
and green surroundings, there is very little tourism here, probably
because it is not easily accessible from the aiports.
Getting there: Located
42 km from Rethimnon and 27 km from Hora Sfakion on small winding
roads. There are a of buses a day from Rethimnon buut you will be better off with your own car.
Atmosphere: Rodakino
is a very
quiet place and still totally Cretan.
Accommodation: You will find a few small hotels and rooms.

If you walk a little bit you get to some practically deserted ones.
