Anthyllis vulneraria subsp. pindicola

Another extremely rare flower in Crete (but not an endemic). Interestingly it was discovered exactly half a century ago, almost to the day. Then it was found again by Nick Turland in 2008 and it was identified by Erwin Bergmaier in 2009 as Anthyllis vulneraria subsp. pindicola (we went to pick a specimen from a very inaccessible cliff in a very large doline where we needed to rappel down)
Since then I have found a few other more accessible places (at around 1600 to 1800m, northern White Mountains) where it seems to thrive.
