Carnation - 27th November 2020

Carnation

A short break from the bad weather to test a new (actually second-hand and old-ish) lens I got today. The flower is a cultivated carnation growing in a pot on my South facing terrace. I must say that I am very pleased with the results (see the full size image here) and I am definitely looking forward to using it on small high altitude flowers next year (and also sooner on Androcymbium rechingeri).

Greece entered a general lockdown until the end of November.
As in the first lockdown I will carry on showing a daily photo but this time I will limit myself to what I find in my backyard. It will be an interesting exercise for me and hopefully it won't be too boring for you, my regular audience.
