The 'yellow flowers season' is in full swing. It's kind
of strange how Crete seems to go through flower colour phases
but this is true. Right now the Spiny broom (a nasty bush to
stumble into but very nice smelling) or Calicotome villosa
is flowering everywhere with a wonderful smell and soon the
Jerusalem sage will join in to complete the yellow picture
