Getting there: From Kastelli
- Kissamos. There is a bus twice a day only so it is best to have
your own car.
Atmosphere: Very Cretan
and very quiet. It feels a little like you are at the end of the
world.
Accommodation: Some
rooms in the village.
Restaurants: A few
tavernas in the village and by the beach.
Shopping: Limited
Nightlife: None
Beach: A pebble beach with
tamarisk trees. Camping is allowed on the beach. It can get pretty
windy.
