along the small coastal road from Hora Sfakion. Bus services from
Rethymnon.
Atmosphere: Plakias
is not the quiet place it was and can be busy at times.

of choice in all categories.

of restaurants.
Shopping: A few shops
covering basic needs.
Nightlife: Two discos
and many bars.
Beach: Long beach,
partly pebbles and partly sand. It is often very windy.
Miscellaneous: Hora
Sfakion is a great place if you want to get a sense of traditional
Crete.
