Asphodelus Ramosus - White Asphodels

A very common asphodel. Asphodelus ramosus is sometimes mistakenly identified as Asphodelus aestivus (a very similar plant but it doesn't grow in Greece).

The White asphodel is found in large populations from sea level to around 1300m. Flowering time is from early March to June depending on altitude.
