The harbour of Chania

A diferent perspective on the harbour of Chania, seen from a distance and from higher up (Venizelos Graves). In the foreground you see the eastern fortification wall. Beyond the arsenals and at the far end (of the harbour basin) the naval museum and the Firkas fortress. The perspective is very much shortened because I am using a telephoto lens.

The blue masts are the swimming pool in Nea Hora. The beach that you can see at the back of the picture is the beach of Chrissi Akti, to the West of Chania
