The chapel of Agios Pavlos near Agia Roumeli
Taken on a 31st of January a few years ago. It was a much warmer winter and I remember going to swim several times because it was too hot on the beach.
Today, we are having gale winds and temperatures only a few degrees above freezing. On the whole it has been a long harsh winter so far and pretty hard on many Greeks who do not have money to pay for expensive heating oil (or other forms of heating).
