A massive olive tree located near Kavousi (a village along the main road running between Agios Nikolaos and Sitia). There is an information sign nearby that states that the tree is 3250 years old. Olive trees are almost impossible to date with precision but it is a good guess and makes this tree one of the oldest olive trees in Crete (and in the world).
