I have never seen them with so little snow at the beginning of March. This is not because it rained less than in a normal winter but it seems that there were very few cold days when it rained (and therefore it didn't snow higher up). This was also followed by a number of really warm days in February (and right now in early March) and the last snow is already melting. Of course there could still be some wet cold weather coming to us in the course of March.
