Pachnes
Top photo: The warden post at the entrance of the gorge of Samaria at Xyloskala. The higher mountain in the background is Pachnes (you see its western summit) and on the right of the same ridge Zaranokefala.
The second image is a close-up of Pachnes from the same spot but using a telephoto lens. The highest visible summit is the western summit, a little lower than the main summit (I think that it has an altitude of 2430 m) which you can't see from Xylokslala. Slightly in the foreground is the very impressive west face which rises almost vertically above the valley of Potamos.
