The bay of Kissamos and the White Mountains

 

This photo of the bay of Kissamos and the White Mountains was taken about a week ago when there was a little bit more snow on the mountains. It has a really dreamy quality, looks almost like it was painted. This is not due to any fancy post-processing but probably has to do with the time of the day (middle of the afternoon so light is coming from the right side of the image) and the fact that it was a little hazy and being winter time the sun was not high up in the sky.
