A mulberry tree in winter

 

I wanted to have a short break from mountains and snow photos so here is a nice one from a mulberry tree. Mulberry trees stand out in winter because they are one of the few deciduous trees that you can find at lower altitude levels. Because they tend to be pollarded annualy they acquire really dramatic shapes when devoid of leaves.
