View of the central White Mountains from just below the summit of Melindaou. Pachnes is in the middle of the image, Zaranokefala to the right. In the foreground to the right, Kalokambos which is a large side-gorge of Samaria.
This photo was taken a little earlier in the summer and the vegetation shows more green than at present.
