South view from the summit of Pachnes (2453m)
I was going to move on to something else than mountains
today but couldn't resist this last view taken from the summit
of Pachnes. The stones you see in the foreground are actually
a circular stone wall which has protected me from the wind
up there on a number of occasions - day and night - but is
now filled with snow and ice
