So as you have all heard by now, Greece has a government (it turned out to be the old crooks- aka the politicians who helped drag Greece in the mess it is in).
An immediate positive effect is a boost in tourism: the troika is returning to Greece on Monday.
What a waste of money and effort, nothing to say about the lost opportunities while the country went into an economic freeze, all this for the egos of the politicians of the coalition parties. They had 168 seats amongst the three of them in May, now they got 179, hardly a change. The clear winner was SYRIZA who went from 52 to 71 seats and is now clearly a credible opposition and most likely the party to win the next elections.
